Will resizing make my image blurry?

Shrinking an image keeps it sharp, and the preview shows exactly what you'll get. Enlarging beyond the original size can't add real detail, so very large upscale percentages may look soft — the aspect-ratio lock is on by default to prevent stretching and distortion.
